Quotes are fixed in writing before work starts and cover the scope we agree together. Third-party costs such as domains, premium plugins, and stock photography are billed at cost. Hosting and maintenance are available as a separate optional agreement.

Questions we get before every project
What does a website actually cost?
Every project is priced individually, because a five page site for a local service business and a customer portal with logins and payments are not the same job. What moves the number is page count, how much functionality you need, and whether we produce content and copy for you. Book a consultation and you get a fixed written quote before any work starts, so there are no open-ended hourly bills.
How long does a project take?
A marketing site is typically 2 to 3 weeks, a growth site 4 to 6 weeks, and custom builds are scoped individually. The main variable is how quickly content, brand assets, and feedback come back, so we agree a schedule up front and tell you what we need from you at each stage.
Do you still offer the monthly website plan?
No. We no longer sell websites on a monthly subscription and have retired that offer. Existing subscribers keep their current terms and support unchanged, so nothing changes for you if you are already on it. New work is quoted per project, which gives you a site built for your specific goals rather than a fixed template.
Do I own the website?
Yes. On project work you own the site, the code, the content, and the domain outright when the final invoice is paid. There is no licence that expires and nothing stops working if you stop paying us. You can host it wherever you like and take it to another developer.
What do you need from me to start?
Your goals, any brand assets you already have, access to your domain and current hosting, and one person who can approve decisions. If you do not have copy or photography, we can produce or source both, which we scope as part of the quote.
Can you work with my existing website?
Often, yes. We audit what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth rebuilding or improving. If your current site is on a platform that is holding back performance or search, a rebuild is usually cheaper over two years than repeatedly patching around the limits.
Do you handle hosting and ongoing maintenance?
Yes, as a separate optional agreement. That covers hosting, monitoring, security updates, backups, and a set amount of content or development time each month. It is not required, and you are free to host and maintain the site yourself.
Will my site rank on Google?
We build the foundations that ranking depends on: clean technical SEO, fast load times, a sensible content structure, and schema markup. Rankings themselves also depend on competition and ongoing content, so we will tell you what results are realistic in your market rather than promise a position.
